Stud., 4(1): 1-5, 2014 ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to study the relationship and impact of the effective factors on Tax aggressiveness and Tax diagnostic difference decrease. The study is based on the analysis of samples include 113 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange for the time period from 2009- 2013. The samples are selected through the Systematic Elimination Method. The applied statistical methods include the multivariate regression test and F statistics as well as step by step method. In this research, income smoothing, independent auditor reporting tax paragraph, prior period adjustments have been studied, among factors which could be effective on tax assertiveness and tax diagnostic difference. The results indicate that prior year’s adjustments just have been effective on the tax assertiveness and tax diagnostic difference. In fact there is a significant relationship between the prior year’s adjustments and tax assertiveness and tax diagnostic dereference in the companies. |

Stud., 4(1): 6-13, 2014 ABSTRACT: The present study was intended to identify the relationship between triple factors (supervision, fair/equitable treatment, and critique/ feedback of students) on developing the perceived excellent educational ethics. For this purpose, a sample including 382 high school students were chosen by means of multi- stage randomized cluster sampling technique from high schools at Isfahan City (Iran). The measurement scales which have been utilized in this survey comprising five questionnaires as follows: 1) The standardized questionnaire of Student Supervision (consists of 15 questions), 2) The standardized questionnaire of Fair and Equitable Treatment with Students (comprising of 18 questions), 3) The standardized questionnaire of Critique of Student (including 21 questions), 4) The standardized questionnaire of Educational Satisfaction (consists of 12 questions), and 5) The standardized questionnaire of Developing the Perceived Excellent Educational Ethics (including 10 questions). Route analysis was used to test the relationship between triple factors with developing the perceived excellent educational ethics via educational satisfaction as a mediating variable. The results indicated that the suggested model had the appropriate goodness of fit rate and educational satisfaction act as mediating variable among triple effective factors by developing the perceived excellent educational ethics. |

Stud., 4(1): 14-21, 2014 ABSTRACT: The study present a model to describe structural relations between three groups of variables based on theories. The model is containing of class variables (connectedness, personal growth and management system), psychological basic needs (autonomy, competency and relatedness) and academic engagement (behavioral, cognitive and affective). A sample of 360 students participated in research. Results showed model have a good fit, also class variables have direct significant effect on psychological basic needs and on academic engagement in directly except of behavioral engagement (may be because of suited discipline and regularity).the correlation between class perception and academic performance was significant (but low) and between psychological basic needs and academic performance was significant considerably. |

Stud., 4(1): 22-28, 2014 ABSTRACT: The present essay was intended to compare between two methods of estimation, namely, Maximum Likelihood (ML) and Diagonally Weighted Least Squares (DWLS) in determination of construct validity of achievement goals. The statistical population of this investigation includes all high school third grade students in the fields of empirical sciences and math- physics from Isfahan City during academic year 2005-6, that they were totally 7278. 400 students were chosen by means of stratified sampling technique with proportional assignment. To measure achievement goals, two subscales of mastery goals and performance goals were used that have been exclusively prepared to utilize in the field of mathematics by Middleton and Midgley. The Cronbach alpha coefficients for variables of mastery goals were obtained as 0.76 and 0.82 respectively. The results showed that if the observed variables are ordinal and their categories are lesser than 5, then it is important to select DWLS method as the best choice for estimation before estimating parameters and review of data distribution with respect to type of data. If researcher does not checkup assumptions and adapts default estimation method (ML) so the results may be biased and this may lead to making the erroneous decisions. |

Stud., 4(1): 29-35, 2014 ABSTRACT: This study aimed to identify intelligence effective factors in gifted students in Tehran. To perform this study researcher made questionnaire of 220 questions in four forms, each consisting of 55 questions drawn from factor theory of intelligence with phased random sampling method over 250 students, their parents and teachers was Implemented by field case method. To analyze the data independent T- tests, ANOVA, Kolmogorov - Smirnov test and Friedman test (for types of intelligences ranking in the sample) is used. The obtained results show that the average intelligence of the gifted students studying in the city of Tehran is a significant distance from the normal curve. The difference between the mean scores obtained by ranking the intelligence of gifted students studying in the city of Tehran is significant. The most mean values of sample group’s types intelligent is obtained respectively consisted of a moral intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, mathematical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, physical intelligence, spatial intelligence, nature oriented intelligence, verbal intelligence and musical intelligence. Moreover, according to the data it can be concluded that gifted girls, are significantly higher than boys in the intelligences types of verbal, spatial, musical, physical, intrapersonal, interpersonal, nature-oriented, spiritual, moral and emotional intelligence. While there is no difference in math intelligence between boys and girls studying at gifted school in Tehran. ANOVA results indicate that there are significant differences in the views of all groups of pupils, teachers and parents of students in the assessment of intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, and nature oriented, spiritual, moral and emotional.Keywords: Intelligence, Multiple Intelligences, Giftedness |

Stud., 4(1): 36-39, 2014 ABSTRACT: With regard to the importance of the relationship of spiritual intelligence with mental health and organizational commitment, the present study was to evaluate the relationship of spiritual intelligence with mental health and organizational commitment of nurses in hospitals of Mashhad. Statistical population of this research was all working nurses in Mashhad hospitals in 1391 that they were 6822 persons. The number of 372 nurses were selected. The sample size was determined by using the method of stratified cluster random sampling. This is a descriptive - correlational research .The King’ spiritual intelligence questionnaire, GHQ mental health and Mowday, Steers and Porter’ organizational commitment, were used for data collection. We used R, T and F tests for data analysis and these findings indicate that: There is a positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental health, spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment, mental health and organizational commitment in nurses. Men’s mental health is more than the women. Organizational commitment in women is less than men. There is no difference in Organizational commitment among nurses with respect to the location of the attendance (type of hospitals: public, private, charity, Islamic Azad University, the army, the revolutionary guards and Astane Quds Razavi). The researcher concluded; there is a relationship between organizational commitment with spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment with mental health.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Spiritual Intelligence, Mental Health, Nurse |

Stud., 4(1): 40-45, 2014 ABSTRACT: In this study using the Balanced Score card in Iranian organizations, we try to examine coefficient of 55- item instrument validity by descriptive method. The results of this study show that the balanced scorecard questionnaire in a sample of 547 subjects, which were randomly selected between employees and customers of Gas Company from 30 provinces, coefficients are favorable. The mean coefficient of internal consistency reliability coefficient using Cronbach's alpha method was 0.73 and fortnightly reliability coefficient was 0.85. Validity of coefficient shows an agreement of 0.74 between referees. Moreover the instrument is capable enough to predict the membership of employees and customers in Gas Company and diagnostic coefficient of 0.86 confirm this item. Also, expected utility factor structure is another evidence for the construct validity (evaluation function) that is designed to measure.Keywords: Balanced Scorecard, Reliability, Validity |

Stud., 4(1): 46-56, 2014 ABSTRACT: The present study searches for determination of the relationship between Intellectual Capital (and its components) with performance of Sepah Bank branches all over Tehran Province. In fact, this investigation firstly tries to examine the relationship among the elements of intellectual Capital (IC) to each other and then relation between each of those components with Organizational Performance and test this relation. For this purpose, a sample was selected from Sepah Bank branches throughout Tehran Province and deputies or heads of those branches were asked to give comment about performance parameters and elements of Intellectual Capital. The results which came from Pearson’s Correlation Test show that there is a positive, direct and also significant relationship at higher than average level among components of Intellectual Capital. Amid, the highest rate of correlation belongs to the relationship among the elements of Intellectual Capital with relation among Human Capital and Structural Capital (r=0.72, P<0.01) and Structural Capital and Relational (Customer) Capital (r=0.718, P<0.01) while the maximum rate of correlation is referred to the relationship of elements of Intellectual Components between Organizational Performance and Relational (Customer) Capital (r=0.72, P<0.01).On the other hand, the results came from regression test indicate that among elements of Intellectual Capital, Relational (Customer) Capital (β=0.452, P<0.01) has the highest impact on Organizational Performance of Sepah Bank branches throughout Tehran Province.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Human Capital, Relational (Customer) Capital, Structural Capital, Performance, Sepah Bank |

Stud., 4(1): 57-63, 2014 ABSTRACT: The present essay has studied on the relationship among students’ educational creativity and their educational self-actualization. To select sample group, multi- stage randomized cluster sampling method was adapted to choose 382 participants. In this investigation, measurement tools were creativity questionnaire made by Abedi including dimensions of fluidity, elaboration, originality, and flexibility, and also educational self- actualization standardized questionnaire that comprised of sixteen questions. Reliability of measurement tool was calculated by Cronbach Alpha Coefficient where this value was 0.74 for creativity and 0.80 for self- actualization. Validity of both tools was examined by face validity technique. Then, data were analyzed by means of correlation tests and step-wise regression. The results of correlation indicated that there was a positive and significant relationship among variables of fluidity, elaboration, originality, and flexibility with educational self- actualization. Stud., 4(1): 64-70, 2014 ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between family communication pattern and academic buoyancy. A total of 320 students (150 female and 170 male), who were selected using the multi-stage random cluster sampling technique, participated in this study. The participants answered the revised version of the Questionnaire of Family Communication Patterns, the Academic Buoyancy Scale, and the General Self-Efficacy Scale. The results of path analysis affirmed the mediating effect of general self-efficacy. In this study general self-efficacy was used as a mediator between family communication pattern and academic buoyancy. Stud., 4(1): 71-79, 2014 ABSTRACT: Although numerous studies have been conducted to investigate second language composing processes; little research has been dedicated to investigate potential relationships between second- and foreign-language composing behaviors. This article is done to shed some light into these relationship(s)-specifically between composing in Persian as a second language and composing in English as a foreign language. The research questions posited were: Are good writers in Persian also good writers in English? And what role does learners' English proficiency play in their composing in English? Eighteen Iranian Arab high-school students were asked to write two narrative stories based on two series of pictures, one in Persian and the other in English. The participants' English and Persian compositions were analyzed both quantitatively (the number of sentences, words, and idea units) and qualitatively (holistic scoring). It was found that a high degree of correlation exists only between the compositions of the participants with a comparatively higher level of proficiency. This finding indicated that there should be a threshold English proficiency level: the students above this level composed similarly in Persian and English, whereas some of the students below the level had considerably more problems in composing in English and Persian.Keywords: Second Language, Narrative Writing, Linguistics |

Stud., 4(1): 80-86, 2014 ABSTRACT: The current research is purposed to examining of the relationship among social capital and performance of staff employees of Islamic Azad University Central Tehran Branch (CTB). In this descriptive research, among 142 members of staff employees in different sections (research, educational, students’ affairs, development, cultural, administrative and financial affairs), 103 participants from personnel were chosen as statistical sample based on Morgan sample size table by means of classified sampling technique and they responded to questionnaires. To estimate the rate of relationship among social capital and personnel’s performance and role of triple dimensions of social capital in performance, correlation test and stepwise multi-stage regression were respectively adapted where the results of this test showed that social capital only interpreted relational and cognitive perspectives of personnel’s performance significantly. These two variables interpreted totally 59.4% of variance of personnel’s performance. Regression analysis indicated that relational dimension had the maximum impact on personnel’s performance. The relational dimension solely interprets 52.5% performance of staff employees in Islamic Azad University Central Tehran branch (CTB) and both relational and cognitive dimensions affected totally on performance of staff employees of Islamic Azad University (CTB) at level 59.4%, while structural dimension had no significant impact on performance of staff employees of Islamic Azad University (CTB).Keywords: Social Capital, Performance, Personnel, University |

Stud., 4(1): 87-91, 2014 ABSTRACT: Aim of this research was study the effect of employees' perceptions of organizational context on their attitudes toward job mediated by employee's point of view to the organization identity. The study is an applied research in terms of objective, a descriptive study it terms of data collection and a research of causal type. Structural equations model was used for hypothesis testing. The population includes all staff working in Maroon, Karun and Aghajary Oil and Gas Companies including managers, supervisors, technicians and ordinary employees with a high school diploma and higher in 2013. The sample was selected using stratified random sampling method. Finally, the statistical analysis was conducted on 278 questionnaires. A questionnaire consisted on personal data such as age, years of service, education and occupation was used as a research tool. The questionnaire also included 28 items to measure the research variables and testing the staff comments about hypothesis. The results show The fitness indices of the proposed model are in the acceptable range or close to it. Although the value of χ is not in the acceptable range, it is accepted due to the significant reduction. Stud., 4(1): 92-99, 2014 ABSTRACT: The present study was aimed at comparison the rate of social skills and educational achievement in grade- skipping students and their ordinary classmates. Method of this investigation is of causal comparative type. For this reason, 32 grade- skipping students (16 boys and 16 girls) and 32 normal students (16 boys and 16 girls) were chosen from primary schools at Khoramabad City (Lorestan Province) by means of accessible and randomized stepwise sampling technique. Data were collected by means of Matson’s social skills questionnaire as well as average score of lesson. To analyze data, multivariate ANOVA as a statistical method was adapted for comparison of groups in social skills and t-test was used to compare independent groups in educational achievement. Study results indicated that there is a significant difference in rate of social skills among grade- skipping students and normal students at the same grade; in other words, social skills in grade- skipping students are greater than in their classmates. There is no significant difference in educational achievement between grade- skipping students with the students at the same grade. This finding in which the educational grade- skipping students could be comparable with the older classmates in terms of social skills and educational achievement may justify this method.Keywords: Grade Skipping, Social Skills, Educational Achievement |

Stud., 4(1): 100-107, 2014 ABSTRACT: Different antecedents have been identified for organizational citizenship behavior in the literature including job satisfaction, perceived equity or fairness, task scope, positive and negative affectivity and organizational commitment. Workplace spirituality appears to be an antecedent of organizational citizenship behavior too. Assessment of the role of workplace spirituality in encouraging organizational citizenship behaviors is the primary focus of this paper. The data used in this study consist of questionnaire responses from employees in Shahid Ghandi Co. in Yazd. A total of 250 questionnaires were sent out and 210 valid responses were received. In this study Structural Equation Modeling was employed to determine the relationship between Workplace Spirituality and OCB. We concluded that workplace spirituality can foster organizational citizenship behaviors. Stud., 4(1): 113-117, 2014 ABSTRACT: It is aimed to clarify the relationship between management skills of principals and their effectiveness in Karaj 4th district primary schools. Management skills were discussed due to Robert Katz including three technical, human and perceptual skills. It is a descriptive survey. The population consisted of 1300 elementary schools’ teachers of district 4 in Karaj city in 2013-2014 academic year. The sample of the study was a group of 297 male and female teachers calculated by means of sample size H.S. Bola formula and selected by adapting the multi stage randomized cluster sampling method. The assessment tool of the research is a questionnaire involving management skills questionnaire and effectiveness Questionnaire included 30-item questionnaire of Alagheband. Reliability of the management skills and the effectiveness questionnaires calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient are (95%) and (94%), respectively. in the study, the validity of the both assessment tools obtained using face validity approved by five professionals. To describe the data, descriptive statistics such as mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution tables and graphs are used. And for data analysis, inferential statistical methods such as Pearson correlation, independent parametric t-test and multivariable regression are utilized. The results reveal that there is a significant relationship between the three management skills (technical, human and cognitive skills) of principals and their effectiveness in Karaj 4th district primary schools. Any increase in each technical, human and cognitive skill increases the effectiveness of organization. |

Stud., 4(1): 118-123, 2014 ABSTRACT: The present study investigates the effectiveness of emotionally-focused couple therapy in resolution of marital conflicts between the couples who visited consultation centers in the city of Bandar Abbas. This study employs a semi-empirical method and has been carried out by using test and control groups through pre-test and post-test stages. The statistical population of the study includes all the couples who attended consultation centers in the city of Bandar Abbas during 2011-2012 to resolve their marital problems. The study sample is comprised of 30 couples who were selected using convenience sampling method and then, were divided to two groups of control group and test group. The used data collection tool is the marital conflict questionnaire which involves 42 questions and has been designed. The questionnaire has a high validity and reliability. The couples in test group got 9 sessions of marital therapy for a duration of 90 minutes per session (one session per week), but those in control group did not. Descriptive statistics methods such as frequency, mean value and standard deviation calculations along with inferential statistics methods like covariance analysis were employed for data analysis. The obtained data were processed using SPSS 16 software. The results showed that the mean value of marital conflict for test group post-test is significantly lower than that for control group post-test and there is a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.0001).the study assumption about the effectiveness of emotionally-focused couple therapy in resolution of marital conflicts between the couples visiting consultation centers in the city of Bandar Abbas is confirmed. |

The infertile women may lose prestige in society, may develop a low self-esteem, and may lose hope for the future. This study compared psychosocial responses in 90 infertile women and normal women. An ex post facto design was used. The subjects of the present study were infertile women in an infertility treatment center in, Ahwaz, Iran. Women selected by randomly sampling. The women completed the psychosocial responses. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. Differences were found between the groups on the psychosocial responses (self-image/self-esteem, guilt/blame, sexuality problems, and interpersonal relationship). |

Stud., 4(1): 128-134, 2014 ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to compare dimensions of emotional security among adolescents, considering various types of family (based on family's process and content model ). The statistical sample of this research included 205 girls and 212 boys. Multistage cluster sampling method used to select the sample among guidance schools' junior and senior student of Shiraz city.Two scales served as the measurement instrument, including A) family's process and content and B) security in the family system. Data were analyzed using one way and two way univariat analysis of variance (ANOVA), multivariate analysis of variance (MONOVA), past Hoc test. The study found that there are significant differences among adolescents various types of family on dimensions of emotional security.In addition, there is a relationship between security and insecurity feeling among adolescents, considering gender among family types. Family types can explain security and insecurity feeling among adolescents and also gender plays an important role in this regard. |

The first step for development of this white industry is analyzing the potentials and capabilities. The present study has prioritized the sport tourism potentials of the Hormozgan Province. To achieve this purpose, a population of 150 people including tourism agencies experts (n = 50), sports experts (n=50) and sport tourists (n=50) were studied based on a five-choice Likert scale (very small= 1 to very much= 5). Accordingly, six dimensions of potentials with 22 sub-scales were examined using a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by experts and Cronbach's alpha (α=0.81), respectively. According to the results of factor analysis, 79% of the subjects believed that beach and aqua sports (boating, swimming, diving and scuba diving, beach volleyball and futsal and surfing) have the capability of sport tourism development in the Hormozgan Province. Also, 77% of respondents believed that that desert trekking sport (motorcycle, car and truck rallies and camel riding) have the capability of sport tourism development considering the semi-arid climate of the Hormozgan Province. The results showed that the traditional sport of camel riding as major sport attractions has a high potential for the development of the sport tourism in Hormozgan Province. |

Research has two hypotheses that investigation the relationship between rat of Audit Fees change and Auditor Independence and Audit Quality. In this research, sample is 58 firms listed in Tehran stock exchange that are analyzed for the period of 2006-2010 by using of the Panel Data system and Ordinary Least Square Regressions (OLS) Model. The results show that Audit Fees change is significantly associated with the Auditor Independence and Audit Quality. |

Stud., 4(1): 152-161, 2014 ABSTRACT: The aim of the paper was to determine the causal model of personality traits, motivational beliefs and self-regulated learning strategies. It was hypothesized that There were meaningful relationships between personality traits and motivational beliefs with students’ use of self-regulated learning strategies. Some personality traits such as Conscientiousness and motivation beliefs like self-efficacy predict students’ use of self-regulated learning strategies. Motivational beliefs have a mediating role between personality traits and self-regulated learning strategies. Participants were 460 Iranian second grade high-school students, from Gonbad e Kavvoos city (243 girls and 217 boys) who educate in mathematics, experimental, and humanistic major, selected by clustered sampling. The Measures were the Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire and NEO five factors Inventory. Results showed that some personality traits such as conscientiousness, openness and agreeableness affect intrinsic goal orientation as motivational beliefs and in turn self-regulated learning strategies in general. There was a causal model for intrinsic goal orientation, self-efficacy and task value. |

The present study is developmental considering objective of the study while it is descriptive considering the method. Library studies and experts’ viewpoints were used to collect data. In addition, qualitative methods were used for data analysis. Review of documents and sources showed that the process of globalization and globalizing have significant effects on both educational systems and higher education. All countries around the world aligned with process of globalization and globalizing. Therefore, educational context, technology and systems as well as teaching methods and management should be compatible with educational systems at international level unavoidably. Educational systems pivotally shape and modify culture of a society. Changes in both macro and micro levels of educational system, content of curriculum in harmony with varied and diverse changes in the digital world, professional development for owners steering the educational system such as teachers, provision of educational infrastructure, such as electronic facilities are cited as the measures, which should be taken to align educational systems with international levels. Therefore, those who take benefit from output of educational system can trust universities and educational institutions. In this regard, comparative studies can identify weaknesses and opportunities and clarify the improvement process. |
